NEAR MINT (4A) RECYCLED GOLF BALLS appear to have been played for a hole or two, showing signs of slight wear. These may include small cover scratches, slight discoloration, and other cosmetic defects that do not affect the ball's playability. Larger player markings and logos may be present.
AAA RECYCLED GOLF BALLS will show more visible signs of wear, with small scuffs, scratches, discoloration, and other cosmetic defects. They will contain large player markings and may include logos.
MINT REFINISHED GOLF BALLS appear brand new, with a small "Refinished" stamp, as they have been refurbished through a process of stripping, painting, stamping, and clear-coating used golf balls. These offer the best value while still performing similarly to new balls.
